Industry Research: Aligned with the goals of the technology team, conducted research on the top 3 machine learning platform giants in both domestic and international markets. Deeply searched for high-quality information, summarized actionable strategies for machine learning platforms that could be adopted from Little Red Book, and produced industry-specific research reports.
Pain Points and Needs Analysis: Actively participated in comprehensive consulting projects, independently identified pain points and needs of internal users in using machine learning platforms. After analyzing the structure of leading domestic machine learning platforms and the current status of Little Red Book with team members, provided feasible solutions for internal use and helped address technical issues in later stages, ultimately facilitating project implementation.
Interview Research: Represented the Little Red Book Strategy Team and independently communicated with third-party suppliers. Conducted interviews with both upstream and downstream suppliers, senior executives, and internal users, and organized Little Red Book's Datapack. Completed nearly 20 interviews, including 4 major competitor companies, as part of the mid-term progress of the research report. Compiled and refined interview notes from experts, focusing on technical vocabulary, and provided professional PR drafts with technical vocabulary expertise for future use.

Top Artist Concert Tours: Involved comprehensively in the online and offline project planning for top-tier celebrities like Wang Yuan and Liu Ruoying. Designed splash pages for highly promoted interfaces on Xiaohongshu . Developed offline joint marketing campaigns tailored to the characteristics of different celebrities, successfully achieving a goal of recruiting 2,000 new users within three days.
Large-scale Film Week: In the major events of Wave Film Week, responsible for conceiving early hot topics and engaging users through different interactive activities on the platform, resulting in the amplification of these hot topics. Leveraged the unique features of the Anaya venue to select and showcase artists with a "post-human perspective" that aligned with different film genres during Film Week. This initiative turned the platform into a trending hotspot for that week, generating over 20 million exposures for Film Week.
S-Series and Film Project Planning: Acted as a liaison between Xiaohongshu and leading domestic film production companies. After previewing films and considering the characteristics of Xiaohongshu users, estimated the potential hotspots and trends the films could achieve on the platform. Planned and created relevant content, managed the promotion of new series and film projects on the platform, designed and built event pages, formulated operating strategies, and executed them to enhance the exposure and promotional impact of the films and series on Xiaohongshu.
Inspiration Notes: Compiled and published high-trending topics on a weekly basis through official accounts and created exclusive inspiration notes to promote them to celebrity teams. Successfully connected platform users, celebrities, and hot topics, resulting in maximum exposure for each platform hot topic.
